KILDARE COUNTY REGISTRAR’S CIVIL MOTION COURT 1ST FEBRUARY 2021

The County Registrar’s Civil Motion Court on 1st February 2021 in Naas will proceed as scheduled. Please consult the Legal Diary on the Courts’ website regarding the time slot allotted to your case.

KILDARE FAMILY LAW CIRCUIT COURT 2ND FEBRUARY 2021 TO 12TH FEBRUARY 2021

Please note that all Family Law matters listed for hearing during the Circuit Court Family Law sittings 2nd February 2021 to 12th February 2021 (inclusive) in Naas are hereby adjourned back to the Office for a date.

A Judge will be available in Naas Circuit Court on Tuesday 2nd February to hear any urgent Family Law applications.

Consent Divorces and Consent Judicial Separations will be dealt with on 4th February as per the list published on the Legal Diary. In order to adhere to Covid-19 guidelines please only attend the Courthouse at the time allotted to your case. There is no requirement on parties to attend if they are legally represented.  Parties may attend if required for the purpose of ruling consent Divorces in foreign marriages. The legal representatives should attend with the signed and dated Terms of Settlement for ruling. 

Pension Adjustment Orders will be dealt with in the usual way.

A Judge will be available to hear only the domestic violence District Court Appeals listed for the 9th February 2021.

KILDARE COUNTY REGISTRAR’S FAMILY LAW MOTION/CASE PROGRESSION COURTS 12TH FEBRUARY 2021 AND 26TH FEBRUARY 2021

Please note that the County Registrar’s Family Law Motion/Case Progression Court on 12th February has been adjourned to the 16th April, 2021 and the Court on the 26th February 2021 has been adjourned to 30th April 2021.

Any requests for consent adjournments or consent orders may be emailed to naascourtoffice@courts.ie with a letter of consent from the other party.
